Carlos Reyes is Director, Policy and Strategy with ICANN. Reyes leads a global team in support of commercial, noncommercial, and technical stakeholders.

Previously, Reyes worked with a strategic communications and political consulting firm. He also advised the city of Phoenix, Arizona, on education issues. Reyes has over 15 years of experience serving on the boards of directors of four non-profit organizations.

Reyes graduated from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and speaks English, French, and Spanish. Reyes is based in Washington, D.C
